Dear Friends of Golden Mirage Ranch,
The first deadline with mortgage company has passed and with the overwhelming support I almost made it. So far I’ve been able to catch up on utility bills and stocking up feed for the animals, feed myself and my mom... I still need to pay the ranch hands to help me finish the chicken coop, superadobe goat domes before temps hit 100°, I’m actively all day reworking my resume as it undersold me for the last year and need to better equip myself moving forward so I don’t get in this situation again. The deadline passed. The next deadline is coming. The struggle is real and yet I’m still keep afloat with your help and support! Please share, send me encouragement, and know every kind word and dollar is helping support saving the ranch and keeping the dream alive.

Volunteer opportunities: physical help build the ranch. There’s plenty of work and I can use your help. I can’t pay you right now but I can feed you and house you or you can even pitch a tent on the property or bring your RV. I’m working everyday. So anytime you have time to visit. In the next month, I’ll be reaching out for 5-10 volunteers to build the goat domes Thurs-Sun until we get the goat domes done.
Temps are in the 90s but night time is lovely. We’ll be working early mornings and late afternoons into evening to avoid the heat of the day. Come for a sunset, have dinner, work on the dome, pet some animals, go on a hike, see the stars, play music under the stars, sit by the fire, practice archery, shooting the pellet gun, collect seeds for the native plant nursery bank… This ranch is for you. Come on up anytime.
Blessings and deep gratitude,
Buko and the ranch crew 🐈🐿️🐇🦃🐓🐕🐐🚜🤠 #ranchlife #support #rescue #struggle #resilience
